Mattress is good. Getting better sleep. First day, I got little back pain. I would say it takes little time to adjust. The mattress protector is helpful as it will give little firmness.
Unhappy with the packaging and delivery.
Delivery man was in full hurry. Removed the black cover and took it back.
It was very difficult to remove the packaging. Mattress was rounded with layers of plastic cover.
Overall, the product is good. Can improve in packing and delivery.

I had ordered another Wakefit mattress before this one but thr the order got cancelled for some reason and I ended up ordering a similar one from Duroflex.
That one is great, but having now got my second one from Wakefit, I can immediately say that this one is way better. And cheaper too!

Packaging (5/5):
I really liked that Wakefit have packaged it in a long cylindrical fibre/plastic case with attached handle which is easy to carry. Compared to Duroflex, whose mattress was folded in half and rolled into a cardboard box, this is much better since the mattress doesn't show any signs of deformation coz of folding in half. Kudos, Wakefit.

Design (5/5):
Looks quite elegant, no signs of any deformation or uneven sides which is more important than you think, as uneven sides make it harder to tuck in any bedsheet over the mattress, which is a problem I have to deal with daily with the Duroflex mattress.
Also, pair it with the Wakefit waterproof mattress cover and it looks really classy, could easily compete with products twice its price in terms of looks.

Comfort (5/5):
I didn't buy into the "memory foam is better" hype before, but few days after sleeping on this I had to travel to my native place, where there were traditional mattresses which are refilled with cotton every year.
The difference was stark, and I used to wake up with back pain every day.
Once you start using this product, there is no going back to anything else.
I wake up fresh and with no back pain whatsoever, which is kinda the point.
Also, I feel 6 inches is the sweet spot in terms of looks and comfort. 8 inches would've been too thick a mattress for me, but is probably better if you're planning to use it on the floor.

Value for money (5/5):
There is no other product in the market which offers the same set of features at this price point.
That point alone makes it a great value for money, and I'd highly recommended this.

About Wakefit as a brand:
I think they're doing a great job with their product portfolio and pricing, placing comfort first is the way to go for the mattress segment especially. After this, I went ahead and ordered an office chair from them, and till this date have nothing but praise for that as well.

It was super easy to unpack has it cums in convenient packaging no need to wrry abt moving it around. The mattress is medium firm yet supports the body pretty well. Hence it’s definitely worth the price and u can go for it. Their customer is very good after the order was placed they called up for enquiry of the size and whether we need to customize it for further size and they also gave tips on how to maintain the mattress.
Overall quite satisfied with the product and the customer service.
